The day you become greedy, and pray to get "lucky", is the day you give away all of your money. Sounds a bit abnormal, but it seems to be true. It seems the only time I ever win cash is when I don’t care about blowing it. I headed to the the casino the other night with $20in my pocket. I could not care any less about blowing it, who cares about twenty dollars? So can you imagine what happened? I left with one hundred and twenty dollars in profit in one hour!

A different occassion I headed to the casino with my buddy Bob. I took in 100 dollars that I couldn’t afford to lose. I got greedy, I got worried, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in 32 mins! The lesson my friends is don’t ever bet more than you are able to squander. If you do not worry about losing, you have a greater opportunity of profiting big!

How else can you improve your chances of profiting at Roulette besides setting a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Yes, they come up every once in a while, but they do not hit enough to guarantee a constant profit. Just wager on 1:1 bets like red, black, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers like first dozen, 2nd dozen, third 12, etc Bet on odds that pay pretty high.

With the basic rules covered, how else can we further elevate our chances of succeeding at Roulette? By making probability into our buddy, as opposed to our opposition. "You cannot succeed at Roulette", my friend Matt would say to me. "It’s completely arbitrary due to the fact that any number could come up". Yes, my friend Jeff does have a point, although at the same instance, he is overlooking an important part of the picture.
